Shipping

SHIPPING

Delivery times: vary from country to country and depending on the courier. Please note delivery times are an estimate only and actual delivery times may vary based on exceptional circumstances. We are not responsible for shipping company delays. Also, please note that during peak periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, your order may be delayed.
The products will be delivered by a courier from Monday to Friday, between 9:00-18:00. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request a specific delivery time or day. After your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your order tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via an email with tracking information. In the event of loss of the shipment, Parfums Artimique is not responsible for the relative cost; this needs to be addressed directly with the carrier (as delivery is secured by a third party service provider). Parfums Artimique reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order from a customer with whom it is in dispute over a previous order or who reasonably considers a customer who has broken terms and conditions or is responsible for a fraudulent activity or for any other reason legitimate. Parfums Artimique reserves the right not to accept/cancel the order even in the case of:

- technical and/or typographical error in the prices or in the rest of the product data contained on the site at the time of the order

- unavailability

- cyber attack, virus or any event in case of force majeure

- minor customer

- impossibility of delivering the order to the address requested by the customer.

The customer is responsible for checking the package immediately and, if necessary, for promptly notifying within 24 hours if the product is not compliant and has damage (attaching the photo of the damaged product, the photo of the unsealed package..). Please contact and report the problem to the following address:  info@parfumsartimique.com reporting your order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible and let you know if you are entitled to a refund or replacement of the damaged product.

Shipping in Italy

Orders shipped to Italy should arrive within 1/2 working days of shipment and 2/3 days for the islands. If you place your order on a public holiday, your products will take an extra working day to arrive.

Shipping to countries part of the European Union

For countries belonging to the European Union, delivery times are on average 4-8 working days from shipment.

If the customs detain the package for checks, the delivery could take a longer time not attributable to Parfums Artimique. In addition, you may be charged for any customs fees based on the regulations in your country.

Check with your local customs office to find out if you may be charged a certain % (taxes, duties, vat) on the value of the goods. Also, if you order outside the EU, consider that your country's custom may hold the box for inspection and this could cause an unforeseeable delay for Parfums Artimique. As required by the laws that regulate trade, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros.

The products are delivered via a transport company. The delivery of products by ordinary postal service only applies to mini vials and discovery kits made up of multiple samples. For this type of shipment, the parcel tracking code is not provided. 

Please note that the rates represent an average price of various shipping methods.

Shipments with a total amount over 100 euros are free throughout Italy and over 150 euros throughout Europe.

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping country and will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

Standard shipping costs in Europe (EU) and to other countries may be offered by Parfums Artimique for promotional purposes. The free shipping will be specified in the offer.

CUSTOMS

Parfums Artimique perfumes may contain ingredients that cannot be imported into some countries. Please check your local customs. Parfums Artimique will never be held responsible for import issues arising from the purchase of a product from our online boutique.

DELIVERY DELAY

Parfums Artimique undertakes to deliver all orders within the indicated delivery times. If delivery does not take place within 30 days of payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order and will be refunded in full. For any information please contactinfo@parfumsartimique.comto request a refund or for any other delivery-related issues.

AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. The products on sale at the e-commerce site are those that appear on the site on the day of consultation by the customer and within the limit of available stocks. In the event of unavailability of a product, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail of the delivery of a partial order or of the order cancellation and/or refund of the order. The customer must notify Parfums Artimique as soon as possible (within 48 working hours) by email at info@parfumsartimique.com specifying the wish to receive the partial order, to change the product or cancel the order, otherwise the order will partial will be processed to be delivered to the customer. In case of cancellation of the order (for the aforementioned causes) and if the customer's bank account has already been debited, the customer will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the moment following the withdrawal. At any time, Parfums Artimique reserves the right to modify or no longer market the products on the site. However, these changes will not affect orders processed before the changes come into effect. PRICES

All prices are indicated in Euros. These prices are inclusive of VAT. At any time and without notice, Parfums Artimique reserves the right to change its prices. These changes do not affect orders already accepted before, with the exception of the availability of the products ordered.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made immediately on our website at the time of the order in euros exclusively by bank card or PayPal to the exclusion of any other means of payment. Parfums Artimique guarantees the customer not to have access to confidential information relating to the means of payment used by the latter to pay for the order. Only Paypal remains in possession of this information. For this, bank details will be requested every time a new order is placed. Bank details collected through the payment gateway are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank's server. Credit or debit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the card issuer, but if the card issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we cannot enter into any contract with the card issuer.
